Directions to the University of Iowa Hospital & Clinics from I-80

• Take I-80 to Iowa city
• Take exit 242, turning RIGHT off exit on to 1st Avenue get into the left lane
• Go to the 4th stop light and turn left on 2nd street move into the right lane
• At the next stop light turn right on Hawkins Drive
• Follow Hawkins Drive till 2nd stoplight turn left into the main entrance of the hospital
• Parking Ramp 2 will be on your right, you can park there or if you would prefer at the main entrance valet parking is available

Directions from Interstate 380

• If traveling North/South on Interstate 380
• Take the Melrose exit
• Turn left into Melrose Avenue
• Continue on Melrose to Hawkins Dr (watch speed)
• Turn left onto Hawkins Drive
• Get into the right lane, at the stop light turn right
• Parking Ramp 4 is straight ahead and Parking Ramp 2 will be on your left

Directions from inside the Hospital

• Once inside University Hospital find elevator I
• Take Elevator I to the lower level (basement)
• The PET Center is to the right of the elevator (sign reads Positron Emission Tomography)
