Open label study of single dose Re-188 P2045 in pts with lung cancer, who have received prior chemo.

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to investigate an experimental therapy in pts with treatment-refractory, advanced stage lung cancer. The primary objective is to define the maximal tolerated dose of Re- 188 P2045 and evaluate the safety and ( further characterize) the dosimetry of Tc-99m P2045 and Re- 188 P2045. A secondary objective is to evaluate tumor response to Re- 188 P2045.
